Kate Simon

Kate was introduced to real-estate at the young age of 19, as one of Jeff Glover’s first Inside Sales Associates. Kate immersed herself in Jeff’s coaching, training and approach to high-volume selling. While working for Jeff, Kate learned the value of discipline, accountability, and finding power by leaning into challenges rather than shying away.


After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Kate returned to the Detroit based real estate team, while furthering her deep dive into the inner workings of human tendencies and behaviors that she realized were only holding her back, and continued to grow her personal success in real estate by way of chasing her own personal self growth.


In 2013, Kate took the invaluable lessons learned in Detroit and re-built her real-estate business from the ground up in Orange County, California, where she continues to be a high producing agent., and also started her rookie year coaching and developing others to do the same. Her personal development coaching and strategies were largely built upon the principles of awareness, accountability and a planned approach to productivity.


Kate’s passion for coaching lies is identifying a client’s most needed area of growth, coming up with a plan of action, and watching both their personal life AND business transform because of it. Kate believes strongly in the fact that growth in any facet of business comes first and foremost from personal growth, and she has made her life’s work in finding the source of that work, while giving clients a clear cut framework of how they can walk through personal growth to find personal success.
