My parents live in my same neighborhood as me. Yet for the longest time, life and work seemed so busy I did not see them as much as you would think (even though we live in the same neighborhood). Well on one of our coaching calls Kate called me out on it saying I was not choosing to make time and I was using being busy as an excuse. She said make it a priority to at least see them once a week. Well over the last 2 years l I have not missed Sunday lunch/dinner at my parents unless I was out of town, Mostly attending Glover U events mind you :)
Mary Schroth
This year my dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Kate switched gears completely to support and encourage me to lean into being with my Dad when it became clear that was what I wanted to do. "Goals will reset every January, Mary. You can't get time with your Dad back." She helped me build a plan that kept the business functioning and food on the table, yet also ensured that I could lean fully with my Dad's care. That was the best decision I ever made. I'm grateful for Kate because she looks at the whole person, ensures there is the right motivation around running towards numbers(not based on self worth issues, etc) and always keeps it real.

Kate has coached me in several seasons of my life and career. I respect Kate so much for her unapologetic standard she has for not only her own life but the commitment to my unreal life. She has bottomless grace and a side of witty humor and sarcasm that comes at THE most appropriate time. Because of her example, I am learning to love myself because I see what it looks like to live a life when someone fully embraces their worth. Kate asks the best questions that linger with me in between coaching sessions and challenges me to get clear around my creative avoidance and why I'm choosing to settle for less than my best. Kate is real, vulnerable, and fierce in a way that I have found in nobody else and is one of the very few I trust in life with ALL my story.

Kate has been my coach for over three years. She has helped me with everything from hiring my assistant, to helping me with challenging life situations. Kate does a really good job of lighting a fire in your mind and then giving you the gas to pour on it. Oftentimes, Kate will inspire someone and that person will take that inspiration and inspire others, which I believe is the true mark of a leader. Everyone needs a board of directors for their life and Kate is definitely on mine, whether she likes it or not.

I was always finding excuses of why I was not going to my parents for Sunday diner . Well she called me out on my BS and said I was choosing not to fit in my schedule. Since that conversation(over 2 years ago) I have not missed a Sunday diner at my parents unless I was out of town. Kate pointed out since my parents are getting older I only had so many ""diners"" left with them so now I CHOOSE to make Sunday diner every Sunday

My business had grown to a level I couldn't have imagined. My finances were where I had hoped them to be. Rankings and awards all had fallen into place. However, I did not find my happiness. I was not happy and not fulfilled. It was at a Glover U event where I was exposed to The Unreal Formula by Kate. This opened my mind to an Unreal Life. I was fortunate enough to be invited into the Glover U family and even more fortunate to be coached by Kate. Kate was able to help me refine my life, my insecurities, my drivers and call me out in an honest way. Her candor and care has allowed me to self discover things and achieve more than I could ever by myself. She has a way about using honest conversations that everyone knows are true but never would never say. Kate has these conversations so that I could not hide or laugh off very real limitations I had. By doing so, I was able to identify opportunities in my life to get to my Unreal Life. If you have the opportunity to be in Kate's World, do it! She has so much to offer and has a heart of gold!
